SunShop: How to re-enable a Digital Download after the limit has been reached
For those of you using SunShop for digital downloads of content and have limits to how many times you can download that content (like my client JoeFrank.com does) you may have the need to reset the limits for customers at times. Use phpMyAdmin or another MySQL database editing tool to edit the proudcts_dl_count and look for the “orderid” with the correct “productid” in that table and set the “hitcount” field back to any number less than your limit (ie if you only allow 1 download, change this back to 0).
